This is probably my third post today - but either way, welcome back everyone! It's been about two months since I've posted on the blog, but I hope you're all excited for this new project I'm taking on!
From this point forward, I will be taking a trick from the Wattpad-hand-book by starting my own Featured List here on Shay Writes Smiles! All works chosen are undiscovered, and most certainly deserve the extra exposure. This round, we'll be seeing books from our featured authors of 2018, from our featured author OF 2018 (HUGE shout-out to Misty Hayes!), as well as works from a few authors who entered featured author for May.

Our first pick is coming to you straight from a recently published author, Misty Hayes. After finding it's popularity on Wattpad, our resident Featured Author of The Year self published! This one is definitely living up to the hype!

The entries draw her to this seemingly quaint village, which Larna discovers isn't as charming as its blood-craving inhabitants want her to believe, and she learns that she isn't the only one trying to track her father down. Could this explain her father's disappearance? Or was placing her in the center of danger her dad's master plan all along?

Closing out the list, we've got Kaye (@candykaye15)! with an incredible short story!
How can a legend be a fact? How can a myth be so truthful at all? And how can love change all that?
